005 HARDWARE ADJUSTMENT TEST

Another print test was made with the organic model using Skeinforge slicing. A readjustment of the Z endstop switch was made, but there wasn’t any improvement for a consistent calibration of nozzle to bed.

A vast improvement has been made of the overall quality of the print. The primary cause of the striations and thin filament layers was due to the tightness of the extruder idler. There was too much pressure. The temperature was also increased by 15 degrees C.
